Field Service Engineer

Sunlight specializing in controls, our role revolves around ensuring the proper functioning, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control panels used in various industries. Sunlight can perform repairs on control panels by replacing faulty components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLC modules, HMI screens, and wiring. Ensuring that replacements are compatible and meet safety standards is crucial. Sunlight will conduct calibration and testing of control panel instruments and devices to ensure accuracy and reliability. This may involve using specialized calibration equipment and following specific procedures to meet regulatory requirements.

VFD - Parameter Configuration & Wiring Design

Sunlight can setup a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to ensure proper installation, configuration, and integration with the motor and control system. Sunlight understands the electrical specifications of the motor and the VFD, including voltage ratings, current ratings, and horsepower requirements. Sunlight can configure the parameters according to your application such as Water Pump Booster System and Reverse Osmosis/Water Treatment System. Sunlight will ensure the VFD integrates correctly with other components of the system (PLC, sensors, etc.).
